Pre Formatted Posts?
 
Is it possible with Vbulletin's built in options to have a link to a post that is pre-formatted? that is has text already filled out in the post such as the title and post body?
Sort of like the mailto: function of html.. where you can set parameters to fill out the subject/body/etc.

If not anyone know of any mods to be able to do this ?
