I believe other people have been getting this guy trying to hack their site aswell?

I know who this person is and he tried to hack my site before. I patched anything that he was accessing through and he suddenly stopped, not able to access anything on my site. Follow my guide here, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=220914
