how to reply to threads without clicking reply button?
 

On my forums at www.brotherhoodofgamers.com people keep having to click reply in order to reply to a post, if you try to start typing in the fast reply box, a pop up will tell you to click one of the reply buttons first, how do I do it so that people dont have to click the reply buttons?

And an extra question...

How do I remove the join date, number of posts etc... from the posts of users under their avatars? I look at that info as extra info and want to remove it, it's unnecessary.

Look under vboptions=>Message Posting and Editing Options in the "Quick Reply" section, it might have to do with that setting.

I think those things you want to remove are in the postbit_leagcy template. There may be options to turn some of them off without editing the template, I don't know.

vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Quick Reply -> Yes, Click Not Required
