[HELP] Games not working
 

Hello,

I've installed ibproArcade on vB 4.0 and everything went smoothly. Chmod all the necessary files and installed the product and set all the permissions.

However, when I select a game it takes me to the specified page. But the flash game is not loading up. I just see an empty white square where the game should be.

What have I done wrong?

P.S.

I've tried on different computers with different browsers and nothing worked.

For some reason the thread has 42 views but no replies. If I have posted this thread in the wrong section or if this thread has been posted before [ eventhough I have searched the forum throughly and there was nothing similar ] please let me know.

I think probably the thread has 42 views an no replies because no one knows what to tell you.

If it were me I'd look at the page source and see what .swf it's trying to load then make sure it's on the server in the right place, then if it is, see if maybe there was an error trying to load it.

I found out exactly why the games aren't working.

I checked my browser for reported errors and I found the following ..

Because some of the forum's user names are in right-to-left languages is generates an encoding issue as you see in the code box.

What is the solution around that ?

Well, I solved the issue.

but here's the solution for anyone who faces the same problem.

I edited Skin_arcade.php and removed "pn_nuser" from the embded code ..

either replace it with something else, such as the user id .. or keep it blank it worked both ways.
