Where is NavBar gap?

Where is the NAVBAR gap at?

The space between the header row with the logo and the navbar tabs?

I want my site to look more like vb.com with not gap between the header and menu.

That looks like a border, not a gap. Install the firefox addon firebug and you'll be able to easily figure these things out.
