Javascript + Pagination = No go?

It seems that something to do with the pagination on my site is messing with the way the javascript works... if anyone has had this problem, and knows how to fix it, or if you have any idea of what could cause this please feel free to tell me.

Also I think this is JS based, but when you double click on the status icons on my site it doesn't mark all as read as it should.
