I have this code inserted at the top of my forum using Notices. all the font on the botom of the forum has changed t oRed while this code is in use? Any ideas

If that is the exact code you added, then most likely it's because you added the <table> at the bottom that has the class="tborder" and that probably effects things. Take out the class. (Also, make sure the html is correct cuz just adding a <table> tag sounds like it would screw things up.)
