How to Pull a Chat Log from back end?

Hey all,

A golden lollipop to anyone who can answer this:

I have a crappy chat program and need to pull a log from the back end (on the server) to see what was said this morning.

Ideas?

Im not great with SQL and was wondering if any of you genius V-Bulletiners would have an idea.
