VB Poll on PHP page

Hi,

I have tryed many polls code and none work how i would like them to, what i would like to be able to do is to add a poll from VB in to my php webpage without using a portal.

It needs to show the poll and let people vote and check they got the rights to vote, basically the pull system in full on a php page.

The poll's will be pulled from a set forum on my forums and the code would show the latest one posted from within that forum on my php web page.

Can anyone help please?
