Moderate a single forum.
 

Is there a way of limiting the scope of moderator power so that they apply to just one forum?

Example:

I want Fred to moderate the Games forum and be able to ban a user from that forum only.
I would like the banned user to have access to the other forums while still banned from games.
I seem to be only able to give him power to siteban users.

Apologies if this has been asked before but the search term "moderate forum ban" return too many threads to be helpful.
