Can't Enter to Thread

I can't see the threads and posts in my site....
when i get to the thread it's shows like this

ask your host
500 server errors are usually something on the server end, hence the name :)
do you have a htaccess file?

And did you check your server error log? (If you don't know where they are, ask your host).
