preventing upload files
 
can i or how can i, prevent from a specific group to upload files to a specific forums ..?

You can change the attachment settings for the usergroup you want in the Usergroup Manager.

AdminCP > User Groups > Some Group > Edit Usergroup

You can also edit custom permissions for specific extensions in the Attachment Permissions setting group too.

AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Permissions
