See this thread - Implementing CSRF Protection in modifications. It sounds like either your style or a modification has not be updated to use the securitytoken.

still i dont understand in which template should i copy that lines ?

Into whichever template is being used when you are having the problem. If it's happening during registration, then I'd look through all the registration forms.

can u tell me ? which code to exactly paste ? because m confused...! plz gimme the exact which needs to be paste..
