Moderate own thread

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for an options/mod that makes it possible that in a certain given forum the topic/threadstarter is moderator of his own started topic. For vBulletin 3.8.

Is this possible for someone to write?

I paid to have a mod similar to this coded by a member here, username: sheppardzwc
We called it "troll control" and it lets thread starters delete posts in their threads they don't want with restrictions on what usergroups can use the mod and which ones are "immune" to it.
PM him if it will suit your needs.
