The top picture is when I view my forum index and the second is view topic.

Red box is 'second alternating color' and Blue is 'first alternating color'.

The problem I'm having is when viewing the topic the "border-left, border-top" attributes for 'Second alternating color' don't work and for 'First alternating color' it's cut off at the bottom.

I can't seem to find the problem, and any help would be great.
