Screening Replies Mod?

I've searched the mods and haven't found anything so I figured I'd just ask. Does anyone know of a mod that allows moderators/admins to screen the replies to a thread? Basically, allow people to reply but make it so that only staff members can actually see the reply? Thanks :)
