Need some help with CSS / Header Integration

When you go to my forums, they are integrated with phpfox, the whole thing looks messed up I think because of the header, but when you refresh all is OK ? It must be the fox header that is on it or some kind of timeout in PHP ??. The url is www.webscutest.com/forum it is adult related.

Willing to pay to have it fixed please pm me your price etc.

What browser do you use, because it looks fine to me.
