Connected site on another server

I have a site on a subdomain that connects to the vbulletin user registration and login system because they are on the same server. I include the config and global files and it is cool.

Now I need to create a site that will be hosted on ANOTHER server and I need to connect to the vbulletin user registration and login system remotely! How can I do that?
