Hack Attempt??

I just got this error sent to my email, I am guessing someone tried to hack me, so I banned the IP on the error message. Here is the messsage (some stuff I starred out):

mysqli_real_connect() [<a href='function.mysqli-real-connect'>function.mysqli-real-connect</a>]: (HY000/2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
/****/****/public_html/masterforum/includes/class_core.php on line 1138

Anyone seen this?

If you did a search, you would see that this is just a server issue. See this page for the causes of this error: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/cantconnect

Hmmmm,

I appreciate your inputs, but the forum has been working fine for almost a year and nothing has been changed . . .

It is coincidental that now when I went to log in I get this message:

"Your password is 208 days old, and has therefore expired.

Please change your password using this page."

Odd . . . I dont trust it :( seems suspicious to me.

damn, heard about this. Its affecting some Vbulletin boards and it is some sort of security breach.
