I actually just came onto vbulletin.org today to start finding what mods were available for vb4

I also need to view how other coders code in vb4 that would help me dramatically improve my vb4 mods.
There is an article forum and I'm sure there will be some articles posted.
I know of the articles but I always learned much more when looking at the code than viewing articles. I also wonder if there are paid staff here making articles. There are far more programming techniques for vbulletin 3 in the vb3 mods than in the vb 3 article section.
The only Paid Staff here is Marco but I don't think he is paid to write articles. I know he has got a couple of articles written though. He just hasn't moved them into the Articles forum yet.
That sounds promising :)
There are some articles at vbcodex;)
