I'm looking for this hack (if it excists)

It needs to have the ability to:

* Show the correct ips instead of 127.0.0.1 from everyone
* automatically delete users that haven't posted once in 2 days
* automatically have an option to delete all 0-posters at once

If there are hacks that only do this one by one please report the links to me (just the url)
