How To Set Avatars At Same Size ?

hi

i want to make all avatars and profile pictures uploaded by users,

to appear in a same size..

i want all avatars and profile pic to be in 120x120 px size.

so that forum will look nicer and clean.

pls let me know is there any specific modifications or any settings in vbulletin.

usergroup settings >> edit usergroups >> set avatar and profile picture sizes in there
