"The maximum amount of posts on this page can display has been reached" What is this?
I made a post in a thread and right after I posted it, this came up:
http://www.icanhasupload.com/uploads/2009/11/themax.png How can I find what is causing this and make it stop? |
that's a new one to me
do you have a mod doing it? I've never seen it in the years I've used vb :| |
It's from your modification , Live Topic. If you need help with it, please post in the modification thread.

http://icanhasupload.com/uploads/2009/11/themax2.png I am not sure how to track down what is causing this. As far as I can tell, nothing is actually being deleted, as the notification states. Other than the strange message, everything seems to be okay. |
Its fine.
The live topic mod shows the latest posts as they are being made. However once it gets over a certain number to prevent the page from filling with 1000's of posts, it starts to remvoe the oldest ones. They are only removed from the page that you are viewing not from the database. If you reload and go to the appropriate page, they will still be there. |
Nice Boxxy avatar. LOL
