Warning when i try to enter to my forum
 
Well, this is really annoying... today i entered to the forum without any problem, and now... i get this error:

Is a problem of the forum or hosting?

I really don't know what i can do... i tried disabling all plugins in config.php without any result.

It's a OS issue and most likely the host has set a limit to small for a multi site server or did it on purpose, if you have shell access run this command and paste the results.

ulimit -aH
