Recovering a whole forums posts/threads from a mysql backup?
 

Hi all, i stupidly pruned all threads meeting my criteria from all forums, however there were a couple of specific forums that i did not want to delete from, i have loaded my mysql backup to a database called forumbackup how can i copy all the posts, id's....etc for the few specific forum id's, it would probably be best to completely overwrite the old forum posts and threads so as not to worry about duplication etc, does anyone know how to write a query to do it or give me instructions on how to perform the copy?
