Is there anyway where we can make them like ipb's one?

You can modify the templates to make them look however you want. There are a few mods in the mods forum to do that.

and something else lynne do you know how i can make letters look bigger in the code tag box

Again, just change the template. If I recall correctly, there is inline css in the template, so just add in something to change the font size.
