Custom posting icons

Hello.

I am wondering if there is a possibility in vB to add "custom posting icons", meaning a user can upload a little image when starting a thread (thread start only).

Like, if a user reviews a movie, a cover of the movie is displayed as thread icon for that thread, instead of whatever the forum has installed already.

Is there a mod like this available, or can one be done?

Appreciate any help.
