User Profile Mod with Bespoke Ranks?

Hello All

Does anyone know if there is a mod that allows admin to add new fields to user profiles and then (for select fields) shows different sets of forum ranks depending on what option was selected from these admin definable dropdowns?

I've had a look through the mods and couldn't find anything.
