phpadsnew ads showing up as background of postbit area.

I want to be able to display a rotating bigbox ad (300X250) that is delivered by phpadsnew or openads or whatever its called now as the background of the big white box of the area we make a post in. Preferably 50% faded. So when people type a post, they're typing over a faded ad Im delivering.

Is this possible or am I dreaming big?
