Point System

I know there are couple of point system out there. But, currently I have no money to request one in the paid section. Hopefully, someone is willing to create this modification and/or point me to the right direction.

Currently, me and my buddy are opening a class course for those who are willing to learn Photoshop and 3D Max Studio. I know there are a variety of user(s) that can't afford classes. In order to appreciate their effort, they can trade in their post counts to get lesson without being charge a penny.

How will it work? When a user(s) hits an x amount of points. He/she will have the ability to head to the point system client and click on "Trade in Post" and this will notify a developer that is teaching a class course.

An example, every post cost 1 point and every topic cost 2 points. So, when they use their point. They lose it and they must continue to post to gain more.

Hopefully this is possible.

You could use a system with vBcredits + vBcommerce.
vBcommerce allows you to set up a shop with whatever items you want. You could, for example, sell one item called "Photoshop tutorial 30mins" for 50 points, "Photoshop tutorial 1 hour" for 100 points and so on.
The 'owner' of the shop will be notified via PM who bought what item and which item.
However, vBcommerce free version allows you to set up only 1 shop. If you pay, you can set up other shops for other users too.
But if you want to go with the free option, you could PM the tutors manually.

Thanks for the direction. Is this mod available on vBulletin or do I have to visit another site to obtain it? I only need one shop.

Better to go there as you get the latest release.

I am at their website. I just google it and got it. Going to test it out. Thank you for resolving my questions.
