Forum Permissions Help
 

Hey everyone,

My forums are located at http://bestgamerz.com/ and I have created a forum called "ClanZ Area" and within this forum I plan to have many sub-forums which will all be individually password protected. However I am having issues with the way I have set it up. I want only people with the correct forum password to have access to the individual sub-forums as well as myself (the site admin). But no matter how I set it up, it seems that either everyone can see it, or nobody can see it. Any guidance would sure be appreciated.

So just to recap, everyone should see the forums but not the threads within unless they have that sub-forums password.

create a new usergroup for the members you want to have access then go to forum permissions and allow only the usergroups you want to view it.

I guess eh. I feel really stupid. LOL Thanks for not rubbing it in...yet haha!
