Warn Pop up

Hello guys.

I would like to refrain underaged browsers to reach one particular section of my forum. In order to do that I need a pop up window. Kind of : 'by checking the "I am over 18" box, you understand this forum content may trigger my feelings"'.

How can I do that ? I know about the forum manager 'private forum' option, but it wouldn't warn people, make them read a warm text and check a box.
