RSS feed of forum limited to threads w/ X replies

Is it possible to get an RSS feed (using external.php or a mod/hack) limited to threads with X number of replies?

I tried looking through the mods and the documentation (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/v...r_implementing) but couldn't find anything like this.
