'Redirecting...' Login message
 
We'd like to remove/hide the:

'Redirecting..... Thank you for logging in'

message that appears when people log in to our site.
The Forum is just a small part of the site so this message is confusing and disjointed.

Does anyone know if any of the following 3 options are possible:

1. Disable this message – is it really necessary?

2. Can the login occur in the background so the user does not see it? Could we use an iframe that isn’t shown to achieve this?

3. Can the content all be white so that the user doesn’t see the message? This would not be ideal because there would still be a delay getting to the homepage, but it would be better than the user seeing an unnecessary message

vBulletin Options Menu > Cookie and HTTP Header Options > Remove Redirection Message Pages

Disabling these pages will save you bandwidth and may lessen the load of the forum on your server.

Note: Some pages will still use the redirection page when cookies are involved to prevent some potential problems.

Infopro, that does not remove the Login Redirection though.

The redirect on login is needed for cookie management and should not be removed.
