Wait on registration X seconds AND Checkbox IN rulespart
 
Hello,

I need an addon that lets the user wait for X seconds before he can press the OK Button on the forumrules. Also the checkbox should be removed from being under the rules so you can just click that and ok and move it to the bottom of the rules, so a user has to scroll through.

Also please make this compatible with: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=201312
