Friends i have problem in my forum

when i login in or when any user login in, that time we see the login window after that it goes back to logout window ...... we again try to login but .... so many times they back us to logout windows ... so what was the solutions for that, ???

Any Programmer Can Help or Solve It ? Or tell what to do ?
