Well, this would most likely be caused because you failed to up date your templates after you upgraded vb.

1. Revert/Update (MEMBERINFO) your templates in each style you have installed.

2. Remove any old files related to hacks that reside in /includes/xml

LEFT JOIN prefixpermission AS prefixpermission ON (prefix.prefixid = prefixpermission.prefixid)
WHERE forumprefixset.forumid = 70

Did you create a backup of your database and then restore it to the new host database? Did you verify that you actually have a complete dump of your database?

When you look at the backup database, is that table in there? Did you import the database and then do an upgrade? Was everything successful during the upgrade process?

For some reason, it sounds like that table, prefixpermission, was not created. Can you see it in your database? You may have to look in the mysql-schema.php file for the details to create the table. Or, you can put in a Support Ticket over at vb.com and they can probably go do it for you.
