'arcade' button in main navigation bar disappears on other skin

As per the subject. I'm currently poking at the various templates and comparing them, but the culprit hasn't turned up yet. Which bit controls whether or not the word 'arcade' appears between 'calendar' and 'new posts' in a skin?
