Multiple Admins - vBulletin.org login problems
 

Howdy peeps, :)

I have a friend that's helping me with my forum and I registered his email address in the beginning so he could login here but it never asked me for a username for him nor a password and he & I can't figure out how to get him in here? And now I can't figure out where that information is or what to do to fix it where he can login so he can get Mods to fix things he's working on. :erm:

This should have been answered by now so since it isn't, I'm bumping it back to the top of the pile so someone might see it and finally answer it. :o My #1 needs to be able to login here and get help so we can get our forum going! :rolleyes:

Since you're on here, I presume that your email address is the one on record with vBulletin (over on members.vbulletin.com, where you enter your domain and download vBulletin).

Go back to the members area on vBulletin.com, and add your friend's email address to your license: http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php While you're there, be sure vBulletin.org is checkmarked as a site that's allowed to verify your license. It's the second site down on the list.

When you've done that, have your friend come here to vBulletin.org and register as a new account. When he gets the activation email, he needs to click the link within it. vBulletin.org will then check his email address against the authorized users list, which may take an hour or so.

I put his email address on here back in the beginning but we haven't been able to figure out how to get him on here. I sent him your instructions and I will let you know what happens, probably sometime tomorrow. ;)

After you add his email to your priority support page on vb.com, then he needs to register here using the email you input over on vb.com. The system may take up to an hour to verify that you added his email to your support form but then he will become registered here.
