Hi guys,

Now my site is getting bigger I am now looking into Social Groups but I have a few questions.

1) Where do I start a new social group, I have the options open but I can't see it anywhere?

2) When in a group how do you post a discussion there isnt an option anywhere?

3) Are there any decent social group mods out there to make the area better like facebook etc?

You have to turn the option on in vboptions > user profile options > enabled features and also in the Usergroups Manager. Read the Usergroup Manager options carefully - click on the ? for each of them.

I actually have all of them correct :confused:

Do you see anything under your Community Links that will take you to Social Groups? It's on that page that you would create one. (I can't see your link because you don't allow non-registered users to view them.)

I do and it takes me to the social group main page but there isn't anything there. You should now be able to see the page as I have made it viewable to non members.

Ont his page - http://www.mytattooforum.com/groups/, under where it says Your Groups, there should be links to : Create a New Group, Advanced Search, and Subscribed Discussions. The links aren't in a box. Move your mouse around under there to make sure you didn't accidentally make the text the same color as the background.

You are using a mod for your urls, so I hope the mod isn't doing the wrong thing to the links.

How do I change the colour of the text there?

Probably the body class in Main CSS. Change the link colors there. If it's a custom style, then the class could have been changed and you'll have to look in the source code to figure that out yourself.
