Why username doesn't show up?

My forum got this weird problem. That the username of SUPER MODERATOR and VICE ADMIN that I create base on Super Mod group DO NOT SHOW UP. Who ever in those two group, their username doesn't show up. Even they are online and not in invisible mode. How that happen? And how to fix it?
