Changes to NavBar

How can I add "index.php" to the NavBar?
I would think it would appear under the Communities Tab, but it does not.

This may differentiate between templates, but in the Main CSS (header), you should be able to find it.

It should say somewhere

Edit the navbar template.

Find:

Add below:
