You have put alot of work into this site with all the modifications.

I do have to say I am impressed. But, I assume you are lookign for more detailed/critical flawed comments. So here is a small list of what I can find. :cool:

Pro:
ShoutBox!
AnimeIsland Staff section
Front Page looks good.

Cons:
ShoutBox! - takes away posting, maybe full blown chat client?
AnimeIsland Staff section - should hide this from everyone, except staff
Other category and General categorey should be cobined and reduced to: Entertainment, Chit Chat (or Cafe?)
Remove how many "Active" members are actually on your site. It makes your site unappealing.
Front page Anime List is too LONG. Highlight maybe the least viewd or the most viewed or make it random.
Also, ront page comes up with errors due to long flash loading times, maybe only 3 of the most recent videos.

Edit = ive changed a few things around

Too much Flash on main page took a second to load... I like it but toooooo much maybe streamline and buy a player that can show several videos w/ a slider to choose other videos then one section and not a mile long ;)

Forums are ok but Status Icons for New Posts/No New Posts/ And Link (Plus the sub-forum images) are a different blue then the styles blue I saw so perhaps overlay the right color and change opacity and that can remedy it or check the graphics section here and see if you can find a suitable replacement for each. Also the show/hide forum circle w/ two arrows is that same different blue, you can just do arrows if you find a nice set somewhere else just rename the same name and upload to ftp.

That's it for now, didn't spend too much time looking into it all but if you agree then you have something else to tinker with!

The reason there is so many flash videos on there is because it shows the last video added. Hmm i need to find a way to stop that i guess :)
I cant use a all in one player for many reasons but thanks for the idea

Good job on the Navigation bar. "Dubbed Anime List" is very excellent in telling the surfer that it does not incorporate Japanese or other languages of Anime. Nice Job! :cool:

One major flaw that has bothered me is the Forum style color scheme. The header and ads are very well place, yet it lacks a customize colors or overall theme. I suggest looking around for a pre-made skin around here or buying one. Nothing fancy, of course. But, the blue and grey with blockly feel really kills the experience. : (
