VB4.0 Navbar for VB3.8

1 Attachment(s)
I want VB4.0 Navbar which has 2 levels of menu list.
http://files.vbulletin.com/images/ca...s/CMS_home.png

Based on what's selected on top level, second level links change.
Please see attachement for my needs.

Sometime back, this was the code posted. I don't know where to incorporate this.
Can someone guide me through this.

<div id="navbar">
<ul id="navtabs" class="floatcontainer">

I'm interested in this as well ?

P.S. And LOVE that snap shot of the new vB 4 !
Shame I don't have the money to get that discount after just buying vB a few days ago, along with quit a few add-ons.

Thanks,
