hide the user quote if its in my ignore list

is there anyway to hide the quote or the whole post if the user quoted is in my ignore list ?
for example

user A adds user B to his ignore list
user B makes a post and user C quote the post and reply
i would like the whole post by user C that is quoting user B be invisible to user A or just the quotation.
