Hello
When attach any file encountered this error I get logged
This troubleshooting section of the side is what?

That's the error? Usually there is more to an error if it is a php or mysql error. Can we see an image of what is going on and know exactly what you are doing when you get this image (what page are you on)?

Very odd, I've never seen anything like that. From looking at the code, it looks like it could be related to having safe mode on. Do you have that on? Are you storing the attachments in the database or the filesystem (if you have safe mode on, you cannot store them in the filesystem). Or, you may not have your tmp directory set correctly. See what you have under vboptions > server settings regarding these options and verify the /tmp directory is valid.
