How to change tags globally?
 

Hi,

My forum now is using [*DL][/DL] tags for all links. I'm planning to change everything to CODE tags. With the thousands and thousands of posts, it'll take me a year to manually change them.

I've read on some random forum that i could do that via phpmyadmin. But i think it's wise to ask it here or i might risk messing something up. So, how do i go about doing that?

Also, passwords are in [*PW][/PW] tags. Could i change them to code and insert the word 'Password' in them too via phpmyadmin?

So instead of [*PW]vbulletin.org[/PW], i want it to change to

Password :
[*code]vbulletin.org[/code]

Meaning, the text Password : would come before the code tags.

Ignore the *'s.

Some professional advice would be appreciated.
