Forum Rules mis-aligned in template

Hi all,

I'm hoping I can get some help here to locate what .css style definition is throwing my Forum Rules block out of alignment on the registration page. Nothing else is out of alignment, just this one area. I've included a screenshot, for reference - any help is appreciated, and thank you all in advance!
