Where are the Modification 'Site Rules' Stickies?
 
Hey y'all.

It's been a while since I was active here, and I'm trying to figure out stuff.

Back in the day, there were rules around Mod releases, like 'dont just provide "replace entire template with" instructions' or 'modifications must be provided in English'.

.. but there's no Sticky that I can find in the 3.8 Addon Releases forum (for example).

It would seem they have got lost somewhere. I certainly remember they did exist, but atm I cannot locate them either.
