What is wrong with my Paid Subscriptions?! (Grrrr...)
I got my vbulletin brand new installed and when i go to user cp, paid subscriptions isn't even an option. Why???
Also, I have added a subsciption, verified paypal connected to the vbulletin and everything... what is wronng?? |
1.) Make sure you are in a usergroup that has access to that paid subscription
2.) Make sure that your paid subscription is "Active" |
both are made sure but im still getting this problem -_-...

Create a new style with no parent:
* Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style * Parent Style: No Parent Style * Title: Default vBulletin * Allow User Selection: Yes * Save Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem? If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php PHP Code:

same thing is still happening. Disabled everything..

I would suggest opening a support ticket on vBulletin.com
|
alright i asked for a ticket and they bascially asked the same stuff you did haha.
